Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made in writing (text form). For the purpose of deadlines, the date we receive your cancellation notice applies; the day of arrival is not counted when calculating the period.
- Cancellation up to and including 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- Cancellation 59 to and including 30 days before arrival: 80% of the total price
- Cancellation from 29 days before arrival (including the day of arrival): 100% of the total price
We recommend taking out travel insurance.
