These House Rules apply to all bookings. In addition, the house information we send you before arrival (and which is also available in the property) applies. It contains practical guidance (e.g. arrival, how to use amenities, waste disposal, etc.) and forms part of the rules for a proper stay.

1) Occupancy, visitors, parties

The property may only be used by the number of guests stated in the booking. No parties and no events. Visitors are only permitted with the prior agreement of the host and are the responsibility/liability of the booking guest(s).

2) Check-in / check-out

Check-in from 17:00 and check-out by 11:00. Different times are possible only if confirmed in writing in advance.

3) Smoking

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Cigarette butts must be disposed of fully in the bin — not in the garden, not in plant pots, and not on pathways.

4) Pool – safety & care

Use of the pool is at your own risk. Please take particular care with children. No sharp objects or stones in the pool area, and especially not in the water (risk of damage). Pool equipment and pool cleaning may only be handled by the persons appointed for this purpose. If there are any issues, please contact the host or the contact person named in the house information.

Pool cover (important): The pool cover must be handled carefully and slowly (the material can tear). Where recommended in the house information, please use the cover at night and/or when you are away for longer periods to retain heat. In windy conditions or when you are away, secure the cover so it cannot be damaged or blown away.

Additional rule for Villa Estefania only: The cover/lid of the counter-current unit must not be moved, opened or stepped on.

5) Outdoor areas: cushions, upholstery, preventing damage

When you are out, when it rains, and on departure, please store seat cushions, pillows and blankets safely inside the house (or otherwise protect them) so they are not damaged or blown away. Please treat the house and all furnishings with care and report any damage or problems promptly so we can respond.

6) Waste disposal

Please dispose of rubbish as described in the house information (disposal locations differ depending on the property). Please do not leave food out, to avoid attracting animals/insects.

7) Valuables / safe

Please use the safe for documents and valuables, or take valuables with you when you go out. In the unlikely event of theft or break-in, no liability can be accepted.

8) Pets

Pets are only permitted by prior agreement. Without confirmation, there is no entitlement to bring pets.

9) Statutory guest registration

In Spain, guest registration is legally required. You are obliged to provide the necessary information/ID details. Instructions will be provided before arrival.
