Villa Estefania

Villa Estefania is in Playa Blanca, in the quiet residential area of Los Calamares. It sits on a well-kept garden plot of around 1,200 m², in a front position with open sea views — and on clear days you can see as far as Fuerteventura. Despite the peaceful setting, beaches, the promenade and plenty of places to eat are all within an easy walk.

Inside, the villa has around 200 m² of living space with four bedrooms, a living/dining area, a kitchen and three shower rooms. The layout includes separate areas (some with their own entrance), which works well for larger families and also for smaller groups who like having a bit of space and privacy. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults + 2 children.

Outside you’ll find a large pool (8 × 4 m) with a counter-current system, several terraces for lounging and dining, and a garden with local planting (including palms and cacti). There’s also a public park close by, with sports courts and a children’s play area just around the corner.

One thing many guests value: the villa has very fast Wi-Fi (typically 200 Mbps+), so it’s well suited to streaming, video calls and longer stays, including working remotely.

• Pets: possible by prior arrangement — please contact us before booking.
• Accessibility: the house is not advertised as step-free; access and outdoor paths are typical for a villa with garden and terrace areas.
• Pool & safety: the pool area is not separately fenced, but it is separated from the terrace/living area by a lockable gate. Please take the usual care around the pool, especially with children.
• Wi-Fi: very fast internet is available and works well for streaming, video calls and working remotely.
  

In Playa Blanca, many day-to-day things are walkable (beaches, the promenade, restaurants and small shops). For exploring further afield — Timanfaya, La Geria, Famara or Papagayo — a rental car is recommended but not essential. Playa Blanca also has reliable bus links.

Los Calamares is a calm, well-kept residential part of Playa Blanca. There’s little through-traffic and many of the homes are lived in year-round, which keeps the area feeling relaxed. From the villa, the promenade, town centre and several beaches are all close by (typically 5–15 minutes on foot, depending on where you’re heading).

Nearby, there’s a public park with sports and leisure facilities, including tennis and padel courts, multi-sport courts, a playground and outdoor fitness equipment — a nice bonus if you’re travelling with children or like staying active.
